We are moving to a new facility located inside beautiful Tapestry Park, a cool-urban village mixed with European elegance. We are located across the cobbelstone street from III Forks Restaurant. Enjoy free valet parking after 4pm.

CHANGES IN MOTION is a luxurious day spa and fitness studio. We offer an extensive pilates studio, yoga, spinning, massage, facials, fitness classes, pilates & yoga personal training (either in private sessions or in small group sessions). We also offer e-stim isotonic and isometric body and face treatments for lifting and firming desired areas. Explore our website to experience all we have to offer.

We are extending our classroom size, adding a full Pilates studio complete with a Pilates Reformer, Trapeze Table, Exo Chair and many other challenging props.

We are adding new and stimulating classes to our schedule, giving our members more flexiblity and selections.

Our Yoga classes are taught by talented and spirited instructors taking your practice to the next level!

Our serene spa will be complete with many modalities of massage, customized facials and luxurious body treatments allowing you to use for therapy, gifts or simply self indulge.
