GENERAL SPA INFORMATION
Client Intake Form: We request all new clients to complete this form on their first visit. This will help our therapists perform your services safely and effectively.

Age Policy: Guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive massages, facials or participate in fitness classes.

Massage Therapy Session: Therapists will begin with a brief consultation with a new client, reviewing details provided on the completed client intake form. For a standard massage, clients will disrobe to their comfort level, and lie face down under a sheet with necessary draping on a massage table for the duration of the service. Please communicate with your therapist on the amount of pressure .

Spa Services: Due to our 24 hour cancellation policy, a credit card will be required when reserving a service.

Spa Gift Certificates: Need a birthday, holiday or thank you gift? Let us help you with a Changes in Motion Boutique Fit Spa Gift Certificate. Certificates can be purchased in dollar amounts, spa packages or specific spa services. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and must be presented at time of service. Changes in Motion Boutique Fit Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.

Late Arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, we will try to accommodate you. Your treatment may be modified in order to finish on time for our next scheduled client. The normal fee will still apply.

Cancellations/Missed Appointments: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time. Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a charge, not to exceed 50% of the scheduled service price. Cancellations on Spa Packages must be made 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time.

Cell Phone Policy: To help preserve our tranquil environment, we ask that all electronic devices and cell phones be placed on silent mode. We ask that all cell phone conversations be kept to a minimum in our cell phone friendly areas.

Memberships are non-transferable.
