Arrival Time: We ask that all clients arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their service to ensure adequate time to fill out any necessary paperwork.

Service Time: All services are full 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Age Policy: If a guest is under 18, they must have a parent or guardian present in the treatment room at all times.
