  • FIT FOR GOLF will instruct you on proper exercise techniques designed for the golfer's special needs.
  • Each training session incorporates golf-specific training techniques: Pilates (core conditioning), flexibility, strengthening, postural and balance awareness, and cardiovascular endurance.
  • First, we will evaluate your physical fitness condition by conducting a fitness assessment.
  • Next, a customized golf-specific program will be tailor made to fit your individual needs.
  • Each session is 1 hour in length.
